By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use (hereinafter: Terms). The website zlatnabobica.rs is an online store owned by the company SB Agrar Balaban, Dijane Budisavljevic No. 11, Belgrade, PIB: 111747445, registration number: 21533092 (hereinafter: Seller or Zlatna Bobica).

Zlatna Bobica reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by making changes to this text. We suggest that you periodically visit this page to check for updates.

Online Shopping Guide

To order our homemade jams, juices, or frozen fruit, you need to:

Register (optional or mandatory, depending on your website) in order to track your orders;
Select the desired product and click the “Add to Cart” button;
In the cart overview, click on “Order“;
Enter the delivery details (please pay close attention to the accuracy of your phone number due to the delivery of frozen products);
Confirm the order. After checking product availability (especially seasonal fruit), you will receive an email confirmation. Only then is the sales contract considered concluded.

Product Price and Description

A description of the jams, juices, and fruit (ingredients, packaging, net weight) is featured next to each product.

Note on images: Images are for illustrative purposes only. Since these are natural, homemade products, slight variations in color or texture are possible.
Prices: All prices are final, expressed in Serbian Dinars (RSD), and include VAT. Delivery costs are calculated additionally based on weight.

Payment Method

Payment is cash on delivery, paid in cash to our delivery courier upon receipt.
Wire transfer / Bank transfer (for legal entities): payment based on pro-forma invoice.

Delivery and Specifics of Frozen Fruit

We make deliveries ourselves, using our own refrigerated vehicles.

We always notify you of the exact delivery day and time a day in advance, using the phone number you provided when placing your order.

Cancellation of Purchase and Return of Goods

The Law on Consumer Protection excludes the right to withdraw from a contract for certain types of goods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since “Zlatna Bobica” sells food products, the right to return (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without a reason) DOES NOT APPLY to:

Frozen fruit (goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life);
Opened jars of jam or bottles of juice (due to health and hygiene reasons).

For other products (unopened packaging with a long shelf life), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging. In this case, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Complaints

If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., a broken jar or bottle) or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. For frozen fruit, quality complaints must be submitted immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours at the latest, accompanied by a photograph.

Data Privacy and Intellectual Property

All data you provide is used exclusively for order fulfillment and is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The logo, recipe descriptions, and product photos on the website are the exclusive property of the Zlatna Bobica brand, and their unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Prohibition of Misuse

Users are not allowed to use false identities, disrupt the operation of the website, or use automated programs to download our recipes or price lists. Any misuse will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
