This Privacy Policy regulates all key matters regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 87/2018).

The Data Controller operates an online store through which home-made jams, juices, and frozen fruit are sold. As the Data Controller, we want to inform you in detail about which data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

In order to successfully deliver our products to you, we collect the following consumer data:

  • Phone number (for order confirmation and delivery coordination)

  • E-mail address (for sending purchase confirmation and invoices)

  • Delivery address (city, street, number, floor, and apartment number)

  • Order details (the type of jam, juice, or fruit you ordered)

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data for the following reasons:

  1. Performance of a contract of sale: The data is necessary for us to pack your products, prepare the documentation, and enable the courier service to deliver to your address.

  2. Legal obligations: Retaining sales data in order to fulfill tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. However, in order to fulfill your order, we share the data with:

  • Courier services: We share your name, address, and phone number so that the jams and juices can arrive at your doorstep.

  • IT support: The persons who maintain our online store (acting as data processors).

Security and retention period

Given that we sell food products, we retain your data:

  • 2 years: The standard deadline for resolving complaints and compliance with consumer protection regulations.

  • Until withdrawal: If you have given consent for marketing messages.
